No. Each customer runs in an isolated instance with its own database and credentials. There is no shared, multi-tenant database — cross-tenant access isn't possible. See the Security page.
No. This is fully hosted. We run and update the platform; you focus on your clients. You don't manage servers, patches, or the codebase.
Yes. Every instance is white-label capable — your name, logo, and colors. A custom domain (your own URL instead of a subdomain) is available as an add-on.
Yes. The setup wizard includes ticket import. We support common sources (e.g. Atera today, with ConnectWise/Autotask/Halo/CSV on the roadmap) so you can bring your history with you.
The First-Touch Resolution AI reads incoming tickets, investigates with read-only tools, and resolves common requests (password resets, new-user setup, offboarding) — then disables itself the moment a human tech replies. AI usage is metered transparently and billed as part of the AI-enabled plans/add-on.
We snapshot your data and provide an export, then permanently destroy your instance and its database. Your data leaves with you.
